Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations all employers and self-employed people are required to have available and to use competent safety advice.

TDS offers a retained client service which has been developed for those companies who do not have an in-house competent person, but want to have convenient access to a safety advisor.

The basic Retained client package:

  • Unlimited advice on the telephone or by email during normal working hours
  • First year an on-line DES assessment of all your employees
  • Annual review of health and safety policy
  • Use of our name as your nominated health and safety advisors on any documents
  • 10% discount on all TDS courses
